Description: The DP (Domestic Preparedness) gas mask has a single center mounted filter port & provides excellent visibility & impact resistance. A DP (Domestic Preparedness) 'P100' 'NBC' Filter. The kit comes standard with a Tychem SL chemical suit made with the world renowned Tychem material and an additional protective Saranex laminate (SL) for extreme resistance to chemical permeation. The chemical suit features an attached hood & booties, and elastic wrists.
The suite is worn over your regular ‘street clothes’, including your shoes (the military suit does not cover the shoe) & is easily donned in the event of an emergency. Additional foot protection is provided by the PVC protective overshoes which have excellent traction & are extremely durable & puncture resistant. Military Spec Butyl gloves provide exceptional hand protection. Butyl is used by nearly all military forces to protect against chemical & biological warfare agents.
All these items fit neatly into our deluxe rugged black nylon gear bag so that your equipment is stored together and is ready in the event of an emergency when seconds could make the difference.
