Forces S-3 Mask
Made by MSA, (aka Auer overseas),
which is known for making the highest quality
masks on the market, and that currently supplies most of our
US military branches.
These models were supplied to the US Special Forces and special
warfare units from
around
the globe in countries like Australia,Holland,& England.
No longer in production,
these masks are highly desired for their strong and tight grip
as well as their
super-slim lines. Many soldiers around the world still prefer
the S-3's to the new
US issue masks (the Advantage 1000).
Features a replaceable hard ballistic polycarbonate
lens resistant to schrapnel and flying debris. The lens is also
preferred for it's optical
qualities in sighting weapons (as is the slim profile and center-filter
location).
Five-point adjustable harness zip-pulls snug and quick releases.
Also features an effective voice emitter for eased communication.
Can be used (with adapter) with low pressure SCBA equipment
for oxygen-rare
environments. Will accept any 40mm
NATO threaded filter.
